A strange incident occurred when a man who was walking on the bridge of the overpass in Tikal Futura fell into the void and hit a vehicle that was circulating in that sector.
Amílcar Montejo, Emetra spokesman, reported that the man hit the front glass of the vehicle, being seriously injured by the blows suffered.
After the incident, the pedestrian and the driver of the vehicle were taken to a hospital to be treated, while the authorities proceeded to remove the car that was severely damaged.

In other reported traffic events, a car was destroyed after hitting a tree on the San Juan road and 17 avenue in zone 7.
Volunteer firefighters transferred the driver with fractures to both legs to a health center.
Also, in the 7th. Avenue and 6a. Calle Zona 9, there was a traffic accident that involved three vehicles, reported Volunteer Firefighters.
The drivers were treated, who presented chest pain and were not transferred to any healthcare center.

Municipal firefighters went to 15 avenue and 15 street in zone 6 due to alert calls that reported a traffic accident where a motorcycle passenger died and the driver was transferred in a delicate condition to the San Juan de Dios General Hospital.
Armed attacks and deaths
In the 5th. av. and 18 calle de la Colonia 1ro. de Julio, zone 5 of Mixco, reported a 20-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his legs, reported Volunteer Firefighters, who transferred him to a health center.

Finally, in Coatepeque, Quetzaltenango, another person was run over and from the impact was thrown into a hollow where the municipal garbage dump works, was rescued by rescuers and taken to a health center.
